Before you parboil us for further banter, you may want to know why we are enlightening you on such an unpopular topic. And, knowing that parboiling rice is also problematic, you may even laugh it off and dismiss this before you open to read.
But before you do that, here are a few things you need to know about eating noodles.
When you talk about the quickest meal ever, noodles surely wins the competition. Probably because all you have to do is boil water, add the seasonings and tada! Your meal is ready.
That’s not advisable because noodles contain preservatives and may have stayed a while before it gets to you. The chemicals used to preserve it may have a negative impact on your health.
The worst perhaps is when you use all the seasonings when cooking your noodles. You’re slowly damaging your liver doing this and causing damage to your health; long term. You could be cooking four packs, but leave the seasoning in one of them and use three. No matter how tempting it is, never use all.
Remember that healthy eating makes for a healthy lifestyle and the adverse effects of liver problems may begin to rear its head when it may be too late.
If you must eat noodles, parboil it, do not use all the seasonings and you should also add little condiments like pepper and onions to it so you’ll be able to eat it well.
Nobody likes to fall sick but as we know, prevention is better than cure.
It is better to monitor your meals now than when you grow older and they become a part of you.
